Millet: It is an easily available cereal. Moong dal khichdi of millet is eaten mixed with ghee. Although it is a coarse grain, it is very beneficial in stomach related diseases.

 

Potatoes: Apart from vegetables, potatoes can be boiled and eaten with onions and tomatoes, green coriander, mint chutney.

 

Corn Flour: Maize contains carbohydrates. Rich in vitamin C, magnesium, vitamin B, corn is very low in fat. Maize is roasted and used in many ways in salads or in chaat.
