Foods to Avoid
1. Egg:- Eggs should be removed from the food of children with Atopic Dermatitis.2.Cow's Milk:-Babies up to 6 months should be given only breast milk diet. If you give cow's
milk to an infant youngerthan six months, it may increase the risk of eczema in the child, whereas after six months,
cow's milk may reduce or delay the risk of eczema.
3.Seafood and Fish:-Seafood and fish contain a variety of nutrients such as protein and omega-3 fatty acids that
help in the development of the baby. However, their name also appears in the food list that
increases the symptoms of eczema.
4.Groundnut:-By taking care of the diet of a one or two year old child, he can be saved from peanut allergy.
It is better not to give peanuts to children with eczema.
Foods to Eat
1. Fruits and Vegetables:- Quercetin is a plant-based flavonoid (flavonoid that provides color to flowers, fruits, and vegetables). Apart from this, it is also a type of antioxidant, which reduces the inflammation in the skin during eczema.
2. Foods with probiotics:- Probiotics such as yogurt, naturally made pickles and paneer are beneficial for eczema patients.

Yogurt, broccoli, banana and some berries also benefit in this skin problem.
