1. Onion:- Onion is very beneficial for hair. It contains zinc which helps in the production of natural oil in the scalp. You can apply onion juice on your hair twice a week. Gradually your hair fall will stop.


2. Honey:- Honey contains many vitamins and minerals, due to which honey is considered to be the best anti-microbial, antifungal and antioxidant. It protects the hair from dandruff and reduces hair fall. If you use olive oil with honey, it will play an important role in removing the problem of alopecia in your hair.


3. Coconut Oil:- Coconut oil is beneficial for hair. The lauric acid present in it plays an important role in hair growth. It would be better if you apply it at night before sleeping and after waking up in the morning shampoo.


4. Aloe Vera:- Moisturiser is rich in Aloe Vera, which is helpful in keeping the scalp moist. It also has the ability to make hair grow and prevent it from falling. You can apply Aloe Vera gel every second- third day.


5. Fenugreek:- Fenugreek is very good for hair, it contains all kinds of vitamins which prevent hair fall. Therefore, fenugreek seems to have a magical effect in the treatment of alopecia. It is very effective as a treatment for alopecia.
